
Sessions
There are many reasons to start counselling. You might be finding it difficult to understand what’s happened in your life. Something may be affecting you now that you’d like support with. Or you may want to make changes by looking at your values and goals.
We would first explore what you need at the moment and your preferred way of working. You may want more structured, solution-focused sessions, a more open space to be yourself and bring what feels important to each session, or we may find ourselves somewhere in the middle.
Sessions last 50 minutes and often take place weekly at a regular time. The work can be short or long term, with regular check-ins to reflect on how things are going.
You’ll receive a Zoom meeting link by email, which you can open in a web browser or in the Zoom app on your computer or mobile. If we agree to work over the phone, I will call you at the agreed time and day.
